CUSTOM RV STORAGE & PARK PLANNED NEAR EXIT 95

Mountain Home—The City of Mountain Home welcomes new business, Mountainbound Custom Storage & RV Park. Ryan Rodney, owner of Riverbound Custom Storage & RV Park that is based out of Lake Havasu City in Arizona, is planning a similar project for a lot near exit 95. Mountainbound Custom Storage & RV Park will combine the amenities of a luxury RV park with full customization storage options.

Community Development Director, Brock Cherry, believes that not only will Mountainbound provide new commercial opportunities in Mountain Home, but also provide new and innovative housing solutions.

The park will mirror the concept of their flagship location with spaces that are 66 feet by 66 feet with an enclosed structure and covered parking for an RV. There will also be several “pull-through units”. Each structure will be fully customizable for tenants. Custom options include furnishings, sound systems, car lifts and more!

The City Council approved the project on October 11th and Mountain Home is excited for this project to break ground and begin construction. “Ryan and his team have been great to work with and we are excited to see this new product come to Mountain Home. We think it is the perfect option for the RV traveler and your typical outdoorsman alike,” said Mayor Sykes.

The project is set to break ground as soon as possible and is planned to have 49 units (out of 233) ready for rent or purchase by October 1st, 2023. For more information about the project please visit https://mountainboundcustomstorage.com/.
